Due to the immediate, digital nature of our operational blueprints, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. For automated domestic transactions, fulfillment is deemed complete upon the generation of the instant download link. For manual cross-border transactions, fulfillment is complete upon the transmission of the document via email. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Detailed Fulfillment and Cancellation Terms
Shipping & Delivery: As AKRAS Frameworks exclusively provides digital products, no physical shipping is involved. Delivery is executed electronically. For domestic orders, the digital file (PDF/Document) is delivered instantly via a download link on the confirmation page and sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
Cancellation Policy: Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital goods, we do not accept cancellation requests once an order is placed and the payment is successfully processed.
Refund Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered in the event of a duplicate payment resulting from a technical gateway error. If you experience a payment failure but your account is debited, the funds will automatically be routed back to your original payment method by the banking network within 5-7 business days.
